We feel that love is also spelled as "time". Love like time, are moments we dedicate to others, the presence we offer in times of need and the acts of service for others that we perform with open hearts. We believe that any amount of time given with a sincere heart is enough. As we were once loved by others that gave us their time, we now REACH BACK to share our love and time with others. As you may feel called by God to learn, we feel called by God to teach others, just as others have taught us. Reach Back Ministries wants to work with others in a global fight against CANCER. This is a huge need WORLDWIDE that affects so many. One of two men and two of three women will likely face cancer in their lifetimes. We feel it is God's calling for us to be working with Relay For Life and the American Cancer Society nationally. We are a like-minded, well connected growing group of ordained ministers, consisting of various denominations. Our mission is to recruit locally ordained ministers/chaplains to attend and serve at "Relay for Life" events statewide by offering spiritual comfort and healing prayers for those that attend. Many there may need the blessings of a healing prayer, while others may need be comforted and consoled spiritually from loss of a loved one. * Services Offered: Our ministers/chaplains in attendance may offer spiritual counseling, emotional support, lead in prayers, and offer hands on physical healing prayer for those who suffer. For Relay for Life events, Reach Back Ministries will contact local ministers first, to seek those available to serve at a Relay for Life event. If none are available locally, we would then strive to provide for a traveling minister. Transportation and lodging expenses may be arranged for a minister from a nearby area that might travel to attend.
